Product colors may vary slightly from screen image due to the individual nature of monitors. We make every effort to describe and represent the items as accurately as possible, but variations can occur.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is based upon the shipping address and will be charged on all orders shipping to California.

Your information is transmitted over a secure server using SSL technology, which is the industry standard for secure online transactions. All information you provide is encrypted, thus ensuring your Internet transaction stays protected and private.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Stepping Stones ships within the United States and Canada. If received by 12:00 noon PST on a weekday, your order ships the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. All orders ship from Concord, California using UPS as the carrier. UPS is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

We’re very proud of our product line and are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, just return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund (minus the original shipping charges). With the exception of defective merchandise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept COD shipments. For your protection, we recommend all returns be sent back to us via a traceable carrier. (Most major carriers offer this service.) We will, of course, accept responsibility for standard return shipping charges for defective or incorrect products.

With each order you will receive a Return Form. Simply fill it out and enclose it with the returned item. If you no longer have the Return Form, include a copy of the original order, packing slip, or a note with your order number, name, shipping address and phone number inside the box so the return can be properly processed.

If you don’t follow these instructions, we may not be able to credit you.

Privacy

When you browse introtocancer.com, you do so anonymously. As is true of most sites, information about your visit may be collected in order to monitor customer traffic patterns and usage. None of this information identifies you personally and is used solely to improve this site. No personal information is collected unless it is volunteered for order fulfillment or opt-in communication.

The only e-mails you will receive from us will be order correspondence or opt-in communication, such as our periodic newsletter and occasional updates. An e-mail address is necessary when you place an order so we can provide an order confirmation, notify you when your order ships, or contact you if there are any problems. You can choose to be removed from our opt-in mailing list at any time. An unsubscribe link is included in every e-mail. You can also send an e-mail to unsubscibe@introtocancer.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

We hate SPAM and junk mail as much as you do. We promise to never, ever disclose, sell, give, share, trade, rent (or even let anyone peek at) personal information you have provided, unless required by law. Seriously. We pinky swear. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.shtm).
